  • Students who have completed more than 25% of course materials are not eligible
  • All course materials and resources must be returned or access revoked
  • Written documentation explaining the reason for refund request is required
  • Students must not have violated any terms of service during enrollment

Important Exception

Medical emergencies or significant life changes may qualify for extended consideration beyond the standard timeframe. Each case is reviewed individually by our student services team.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds will appear in your account. Credit cards typically process faster than bank transfers.

3 Payment Methods & Processing

Refunds are always processed through the same method used for your original payment. This security measure protects against fraud while ensuring you receive funds in the most familiar way.

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on statement
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days for processing
  • PayPal payments: 2-4 business days for completion
  • Corporate payments: 7-10 business days due to additional verification

Processing Fees

Transaction processing fees charged by payment providers are typically non-refundable. However, Zylothara Hub covers these costs for approved refunds submitted within the first 7 days of enrollment.
